How do I find the support package which fits me best?

You can find an overview of the scope of services of each support package under http://www.escde.net/Services/. The main differences of the packages arise from the amount of support requests per year and the supported products. If you have decided for the Basic Package, the Professional Package, or the Professional Plus Package, your support category results from the amount of clients in your environment.
