When can I expect an answer to my support request?

Answer

If you choose the Basic Package, the Professional Package, or the Professional Plus Package we guarantee a first-reaction-time from two to six hours, depending on the priority of the case. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any first-reaction-times on support requests from the Trial Offer.
