Can I open a case any time?

Answer

Yes, you can always open your case via Email or via the web-form. Please notice that the ESCde can only work on your cases during normal business hours. Requests via telephone are only possible during business hours and after signing a contract for the Basic Package, the Professional Package or the Professional Plus Package.
