The ESCde offers customized support packages. You can choose from three packages suitable for your kind of IT environment and your technical support needs. As introductory offer, we provide the Basic Package which contains services most frequently used by our customers and is most suitable for administrators of small or medium-sized IT
environments. A support package leaving almost nothing to be desired is provided through the Professional Package. This package includes support for all commonly used Microsoft products and technologies as well as our consulting services and proactive services, which – additional to high-class IT support - allow to keep you up to date at any time. To meet requirements on the uppermost level, we provide the Professional Plus Package. In addition to all services included in the Professional Package this package offers access to Microsoft Premier Services and a novel and innovative integration of services.

As the ESCde is not working profit-oriented, the fees are only used for cost recovery. Therefore we can guarantee you a long-dated high quality and diversified service level.
Please be aware that our services are limited to universities, schools and other academic or non-profit public institutions.
