The Microsoft Education Suppport Centre Germany (ESCde) is an IT support centre for academic institutions and schools as well as for institutions within the public sector. Since more than 18 years, the ESCde has maintained a tight collaboration with Microsoft - both in Germany and on an international level. Our task is to provide support services for diverse Microsoft products and technologies. The ESCde should also be understood as a mediator of practical knowledge in the everyday work with these products. Through its versatile knowlegde the ESCde is a capable and experienced partner for universities, schools and institutions within the public sector.

The ESCde is part of the ESC-Network, an international initiative of Microsoft within Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). The ESC-Network consists of many IT support centres in different countries of the EMEA region. Most of these centres were set up and modelled on the ESCde.
